Can we bring in our own food?

Yes. Venue rental includes the use of our large commercial kitchen, whether by a caterer or yourself.

Are we required to use certain caterers?

No. You are free to hire any caterer you like. We can offer recommendations on request.

Is there a minimum to be met with use of the bar service?

No, there is no minimum requirement.

Do you have a sound system?

Yes, we have a sound system. Please note: it is not DJ quality.

Do you require a deposit to secure a date on the calendar?

Yes, we require a $500 deposit for weddings, with 50% payment due 6 months prior to your event. A $250 deposit is required for all other events.

What is your cancellation fee?

In the event of cancellation, all payments are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the date.

Are we responsible for clean up and tear down?

With the exception of the kitchen and bridal room, our staff will take care of all the clean up and tear down.

Are we allowed to bring in our own alcohol?

No, all alcohol must be purchased from the bar, in accordance with state and local liquor laws.
